Snow Camp, the UK’s only national youth snowsports charity, is inviting companies across the UK to take part in the AJ Bell 3 Valley Rally 2026 – a unique end-of-winter team ski challenge that blends adventure, purpose and unforgettable mountain moments.
Returning to the stunning alpine resort of Val Thorens, France, on 12-15 April 2026, the AJ Bell 3 Valley Rally will see up to 30 corporate teams go head-to-head across six snowsport challenges, all in support of Snow Camp’s award-winning programmes helping young people from underserved communities turn their lives around.
Teams of four compete across a range of mountain challenges including a team slalom, team biathlon, snow show hike, team distance challenge, zip wire challenge and ski orienteering – with no previous experience of these activities needed and with the focus being on having the most fun possible in the mountains whilst raising funds for a fantastic cause.
In the evenings, teams come together for fantastic apres ski, premium meals and relaxed networking, alongside entertainment and inspiration from Snow Camp’s young people, who share their stories with guests. The award-winning Hotel Le Fitz Roy, winner of the best ski hotel in France, provides the perfect home for the event, which is once again hosted by Snow Camp Patrons Chemmy Alcott, Jenny Jones, Graham Bell and Tim Warwood.
The AJ Bell 3 Valley Rally is a powerful way to strengthen team spirit and resilience through shared challenges, whilst also providing a fantastic opportunity to reward staff or clients with a world-class experience that gives back. The event enables networking with like-minded business leaders in a stunning mountain environment and directly support young people in the UK to gain life skills, qualifications and careers through Snow Camp’s award-winning programmes.
Dan Charlish, Founder of Snow Camp, said: “Every year, we’re inspired by the passion and generosity of the teams who take on the 3 Valley Rally. It’s the ultimate mix of competition, camaraderie, and cause. We are so grateful to every business who joins us, from Knight Frank to Delancey to AJ Bell – they all help raise the funds we need to help young people gain the confidence, qualifications and careers that can change their lives.”
