The Ski Company Ltd is looking for a BOAT (Boss Of All Things!) to manage all functions of one of its long-running brands, SnowSkool, which organises ski instructor courses, snowboard instructor courses, and internships.
A newly-appointed BOAT will work with the two Directors to develop an understanding of all aspects of the business, including strategy, sales, marketing, legal, accounting & finance, operations and human resource management, before leading the management and development of the company into the future.
We are looking for a very talented individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, a wide range of skills (ideally with > 5yrs experience in either sales, marketing or operations) and the confidence to be able to apply their skills in a new setting.
You will recognise and understand your weaknesses and seek to employ & manage others to turn these into strengths. A big love of skiing and/or snowboarding is a plus too.
The position will involve remote working with once-weekly travel to a small office in Winchester.
Salary is DOE.
