As a reward for early bookers, independent activity holiday specialists Mark Warner has announced a price freeze on all new winter ski holiday bookings for the 2024/25 season. To secure prices at last season’s rates, book by 30 April and save up to £100 per person in the snow-sure resort of Tignes Le Lac, high in the French Alps.
Departing 8 December 2024 prices start from £999 per person including discount for a week at Mark Warner’s Chalet Hotel l’Ecrin, based on two sharing a twin/double room. The hotel is located above Tignes Le Lac and only a 10-minute walk or a short bus ride from Tignes Val Claret’s five main ski lifts. Tignes, which is part of the Tignes and Val d’Isere ski area, has over 300km of pistes and is suitable for all levels of snow sports enthusiasts. Crystal Ski is offering hundreds of free child places for winter 2023/24 holidays in many European ski resorts.
There is one free child place available for every two adults, so one child can stay free of charge in a room or apartment with two full-paying adults.
Free children’s flights are also part of the deal and transfers to and from the resort are covered. Plus, whichever meals make up the standard board basis are included.

Sustainability is key to Ski Beat’s 2023/24 ski and snowboard holidays
Ski Beat, the package operator of catered chalet holidays to France, has launched its 37th ski season featuring ski holidays in almost 50 chalets in snow-sure resorts in the French Alps.
These include Les Arcs, la Plagne, La Rosiere, la Tania, Val d’Isere, Val Thorens, Courchevel le Praz and all holidays between December 2023 and April 2024 are inclusive of return Gatwick and Manchester flights and transfers.
Sustainability is the key to the new programme, with optional beer and wine upgrade packages from local artisanal producers and ingredients for meals (with vegan and vegetarian options), sourced locally where possible.
